One of our most popular Inshore & Inland waterways cruisers. “Pheonix” offers a great example of the original builds from Marine Projects of Plymouth. Large cockpit with retractable canopy, Spacious saloon offering 1 x double dinette & 1 x single settee berth, forward cabin offers a typical V-berth arrangement. Believed to be Twin Perkins 504-2 (BA50275) /270 sterndrives. Current owner has been responsible for taking her ashore for usual hull work & engine servicing within the last 18 months. Marina berth optional at the discretion of the Marina operator. Possible part exchange taken.

Cockpit:
Large aft cockpit with full canopy & with zipped panels from port starboard sides. Open backed wheelhouse, Helm to portside with twin lever morse controls & full engine instrumentation. Oodles of storage in cockpit wings & in the hold. Fridge to starboard Pilot seat.
Saloon:
Spacious saloon with heads/ shower to Portside, double dinette. Small V-berth to forward cabin. Single berth to starboard & galley with stainless steel sink & drainer, storage & gas oven, grill & hob.
On deck:
Safe access along side decks with staunchions & safety rail if going forward. Escape hatch from forward cabin.
