Access to engine room & Saloon is from the stern via double wooden doors and sliding hatch. Obviously a head restriction exists here but once you are through the bi-fold wooden partition you are into the saloon.
Marine ply superstructure with Hardwood Deck beams. Externally she has had vinyl coating to the skyward area that has recently been overcoated with Isoflex rubber based paint coating. Brass ventilation & Solid fuel stove flu along with solar panel (1m x 500 approximate) also occupy the roof space. Has also recently been painted from bow to stern with a mixture of Shield paints and Epoxy paints.
Saloon:
Open plan space with Double slatted bed to the forepeak. Double Oak faced drawers give further storage beneath. 1 x folding wooden table sits neatly to the Starboard side. Double arched doors to the bow/ gas locker. 5 X Glazed /sealed portholes to her Port & Starboard cabin sides for plenty of natural light.
Galley:
To her portside saloon, you have a fixed open constructed counter with solid hardwood top. Twin gas burner & Belfast sink with manual cold water pump to the Brass faucet. Space allows for further scope should it be required.
Single cylinder 6.5hp / RPM 2000 Lister Diesel engine: Serial number 5371SB117. Engine starts and runs beautifully at time of listing this vessel and appears to have been well maintained with evidence of new fuel filter, new belt etc. ISO 7840 fuel lines to Boat safety standards. Single lever morse control with pull stop cable.
New Steel fuel tank, shut off valve and new fuel lines. New weed hatch.
