Electrical:
Fitted with 230v throughout & multiple twin & single outlets to saloon, cockpit & engine bay. Ships batteries comprise of start & ancillary batteries together with the pro-charge ultra battery monitor / charger with link isolator.
1 x 115amp hr start battery & twin 80 amp hr house batteries.
Inlet for mains fitted to cockpit & with R.C.D for sockets & Battery charger. Mains lead included.
12v lighting to cockpit, saloon & forward cabin.
Galley:
Port side galley open to the saloon. Gas oven & hob with s/steel sink & adequate storage with cave lockers for crockery & glassware.
Saloon:
Dinette / Double to portside with flat screen T.V (Mains) mounted to the forward bulkhead. Storage beneath U-shaped seating. Opposite to starboard is an additional settee berth & Heads aft to starboard with wash hand basin, shower & Porta loo.
ENGINE Bay:
Engine bay houses two Volvo AQ140A petrol engines / Volvo 270 sterndrives (Drive model to be confirmed)
Water Heating is provided by way of direct connections from the 8o ltr (approx) capacity calorifier sited within the engine bay.
GAS LOCKER:
Sited to starboard side of cockpit & with two x 4.5 propane cylinders. Note: It is advisable to request an up to date Gas certificate to be supplied by a reputable & certified marine gas safe engineer.
Additional Information:
Ground tackle comprises of 1 x 10kg (approx) CQR anchor mounted to foredeck chocks & with approx 5m 1/4″ galvanised anchor chain / 20m approx x 14mm 3 strand nylon.
Swim platform with s/s ladder to cockpit & alloy Davits.
